POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation
Luxury sedan, stretch limousine and van reservations may be cancelled up to four (4) hours prior to the time of service without penalty. For those reservations cancelled within four (4) hours, the traveler’s credit card will be charged the full base fare. Reservations for larger vehicles, such as mini-buses and motor coaches, may be cancelled up to seventy two (72) hours prior to the time of service without penalty. For all cancellations within seventy two (72) hours, the traveler’s credit card will be charged full base fare.
Changes
Changes to sedan reservations can only be made up to four (4) hours prior to the time of service without penalty. For those reservations changed within four (4) hours, the traveler’s credit card will be charged a fifty (50%) percent change fee. Reservations for larger vehicles may only be changed up to seventy two (72) hours prior to the time of service without penalty. Within seventy two (72) hours, there will be a fifty (50%) percent change fee.
Waiting-Time
For all domestic airport arrivals, the first thirty (30) minutes of waiting time after the actual landing time of the aircraft will be without charge. After thirty minutes, waiting time will be charged at regular hourly rate. For all international airport arrivals, the first hour of waiting time after the actual landing time of the aircraft will be without charge. After one hour, waiting time will be charged at regular hourly rate. For all pier arrivals, the first fifteen (15) minutes of waiting time after the scheduled pick-up time will be without charge. After fifteen (15) minutes hour, waiting time will be charged at regular hourly rate. For all non-airport arrivals, the first fifteen (15) minutes of waiting time will be without charge. After fifteen (15) minutes, waiting time will be charged at regular hourly rate.
Luggage
Please be aware that you must limit your luggage as follows:
Luxury sedans Four standard sized suitcases
Stretch limousines Four standard size suitcases
Vans Ten standard size suitcases
Mini-buses Twenty five standard size suitcases
Motor Coaches Fifty standard size suitcases
Please insure that the vehicle you have selected can accommodate your luggage.
